Shipping and delivery
When will my order arrive?
Every item is printed to order in the USA. Production usually takes 3 to 5 business days (a little longer in the holiday rush), then your order ships. Standard shipping is free on every US order; Express shipping is $15 at checkout. You'll get a tracking link by email when it ships.
What is the Christmas cut-off?
We recommend ordering by December 10 for the best chance of Christmas delivery in the US with Standard shipping. Orders placed after that may not arrive by Christmas.
Personalization
How does personalization work?
On a personalized product, type the name in the box above the Add to cart button: up to 12 characters for a pet's name, or 14 for a club or group name. Names print in capital letters. Allowed characters are letters, numbers, spaces, apostrophes ('), hyphens (-), periods (.) and &. Please check the spelling before you order.
Is there anything you can't print?
We can't print brand, cartoon or film character, team, college or celebrity names, or a name that belongs to another business (for example Santa Paws, Paw Patrol or the Clauses). If we can't print yours, we'll contact you before making anything.
Sizing and care
How do the sweatshirts fit?
Our sweatshirts are unisex Gildan 18000 Heavy Blend crewnecks in sizes S to 3XL. Order your usual size for a relaxed fit, or one size up for an oversized look. Each sweatshirt has a size chart in its photos.
How do I care for my sweatshirt, mug or ornament?
Sweatshirts: machine wash cold, inside out, tumble dry low, and don't iron the print. Mugs and ornaments: follow the care note on each product page; when in doubt, hand wash the mug and wipe the ornament with a soft dry cloth.
Returns
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, within 30 days. If your item arrives damaged or misprinted, contact us with a photo and we'll make it right. See our refund policy for the details.

Who makes your products?
Cloudfolk Goods is a small family of shops: DayClouds for mahjong players and ChristmasClouds for pet people. We design everything here. Each order is printed to order by our production partner, Printify, at print facilities in the US, and shipped straight to you. Our designs are created with the help of AI tools; we choose and check every design and its wording before it goes on sale.
